Staring at the screen all day and a lazy and unhealthy lifestyle can have many problems. Here’s how to stay healthy at work.
- Avoid snacking in between meals. If you must, just snack on fruits or low fat yogurt instead.
- Take short walks and breaks in between to stretch you muscles.
- There are a lot of good office exercises you can do, sitting on your office chair, without looking like a maniac.
- Take the stairs, every time and everywhere you go. Forget the elevator and escalators for now.
- Do some breathing exercises at your desk.
