Summer is one month which calls for utmost attention when it comes to watching out your health. Here’s how to take care of health in summer:

Carry a bottle of water

Make sure to always carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go. Your body needs maximum liquid consumption as the summer heat leaves your body parched.

Drink plenty of fluid

Double up water consumption than the usual because the tough summer months make it mandatory to consume more liquid intake than the regular months.

Have fruits

Include a generous diet of seasonal fruits like mangoes, sapotas, litchi so that your body gets the essential vitamins and fluids required to keep your immune system in place and healthy.

Be under a shade

If ever you venture out in the blazing sun, make sure your head is covered. Either use a hat or preferably an umbrella to give you that required protection from the sun’s harsh rays.

Protect your skin

Your skin too needs protection in summer. Always venture out after you have applied a sun screen lotion. Even if you are going to out in the sun for 10 minutes, make sure you have applied a UV protection lotion. This is a must.

Do not skip meals

Eating healthy and at regular intervals is crucial to good health and it holds true in summer also. Do not skip meals. Eat little potions and eat healthy.
